Exceptional service, provided by the very amiable and efficient staff. We walked everywhere, the location was perfect, to all the central tourist spots. Besides, it was just off Close to JR train station and subway, / shop and Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa.

I was frustrated with the air conditioning situation. The room was hot and stuffy because the AC was centrally controlled and it didn't cool the room effectively. Even after asking for a fan, it barely helped. I had to suffer the entire night in discomfort. I expected better for the price we paid.

Handy location, efficient staff, stunning views of the city and of the sunrise. Location just off Tokio, most areas, and Shonjuku, Roppongi. For tea or coffee visit Ganso Naniwaya Honten nearby.

The decor was so elegant, blending traditional and modern styles beautifully. The lobby area was cute and spacious, and the staff were always ready to assist with a smile.
Better air conditioning for warmer nights would be nice.

The breakfast spread at Dai-Ichi Hotel was a good way to kick off the day, with homemade miso soup that was just like a warm hug! Plus, the nearby dining scene is a treasure trove-Habataya's ramen and Ganso Naniwaya Honten's tempura are must-tries that legit stole my heart. The staff's really good service is the cherry on top!
While we enjoyed our stay, it would've been sweet if the communal microwave got a deep clean and the TV was easier to operate for non-Japanese speakers. Managing luggage to the airport was a bit of a trek, especially with kids in tow.

great view but a bit far from the main station
The room offered an enormous view, a highlight of my stay. It was also cozy enough for two people.
The location required more than a 10-minute walk from the JR station, inconvenient at times.
